1. Security Deposit & Advance Rent:

 

At the time of booking, we require a 1-month security deposit and 1-month rent in advance.

 

 

2. Lock-in Period:

 

A minimum lock-in period of 10 months applies.

 

Early exits before the lock-in period will incur an additional charge equivalent to 1 month’s rent.

Food is optional and not included in the room rent.
