- Guest Identification:
- Guests must present valid photo identification at check-in, adhering to Government regulations. Acceptable IDs include Passport, Aadhar Card, Driving License, and Voter ID card. PAN Card is not considered a valid ID.
- Restricted Entry Hours:
- The hostel premises will be inaccessible for entry or exit between 10 pm and 7 am.
- Security Deposit:
- A mandatory security deposit equivalent to one month’s stay is collected during the reservation process. This deposit is refundable, with deductions possible for intentional or unintentional damage or loss to the hostel property.
- Pre-payment Requirement:
- Full pre-payment of the monthly rental balance is mandatory.
- Limitation of Liability:
- The management is not responsbible for the safety, security or well-being of guests while they are outside the hostel premises. Furthermore, the management is not obligated to monitor or verify the whereabouts of any guests, nor to investigate or take action in cases of guest absence or disaooearance. Guests are solely responsbible for their personal safety and arrangements.
- Lock-In Period:
- There is a minimum stay lock-in period of 10 months. Guests willing to depart before this period have to pay an extra charges equivalent to the highest monthy rental applicable during their stay.
- Visitor and Pet Policy:
- Strict prohibition of non-resident guests and pets within the hostel premises.
- Food Charges:
- Room rental rates exclude food. Additional charges apply for food services, subject to availability and upon request.
- Behavioral Standards:
- The hostel reserves the right to terminate a guest’s stay in the event of inappropriate conduct. Refunds of security deposits or rental balances depend on the sole discretion of the hostel.
- Guest Belongings:
- While the hostel takes measures to ensure guest security, the responsibility for personal belongings lies with the guests. The hostel assumes no responsibility for theft of guests’ belongings.
- Legal Consequences:
- Guests engaging in theft, drug use, or any illegal activities will face strict legal action.
- Eviction Clause:
- Violation of stipulated rules may lead to eviction from the premises at the discretion of the hostel management.
- Right to Admission:
- The right to admission is reserved by the hostel management.
- Room Allocation and Change:
- The hostel retains the right to allocate or change rooms at its discretion. Guest-initiated room changes are subject to availability and the discretion of the hostel management.
- Notice Period for Departure:
- A 30 days notice period is required if a guest wishes to leave the hostel.
- Notice Submission & Exit Date Alignment:To maintain seamless room availability, the notice date should be chosen so that the exit date aligns with the end of a calendar month.If a guest submits notice on or before the last day of a month, their exit date will be the end of the following month (e.g., Notice on January 12 → Exit on February 29). This policy ensures smooth room transitions while giving guests ample time to plan their exit.
- Unspecified Termination:
- The hostel retains the right to ask a guest to leave without specifying a reason.
- Electrical Appliance Usage Policy:
- To ensure the safety and well-being of all our guests, we strictly prohibit the use of heaters, irons, or any other high-power electrical equipment in the dormitories, common areas, or guest rooms. This policy extends to all personal appliances, with the exception of chargers or adapters necessary for electronic devices. Any unauthorized use of such appliances poses a significant risk of fire hazards and electrical overloads, thereby compromising the safety of our premises and fellow guests.
- Kitchen Usage Policy:
- In accordance with health and safety regulations, cooking activities are strictly limited to the designated kitchen area within the hostel premises. Guests are not permitted to cook or prepare meals outside of the designated kitchen space. This policy is implemented to maintain cleanliness, prevent fire hazards, and ensure the efficient use of kitchen facilities for all guests.
- Hostel Code:
- Our Hostel Code is designed to ensure a safe, clean, and respectful environment for all guests. Please follow these guidelines described in Hostel Code & Conducts to help maintain a pleasant experience for yourself and fellow guests.
- Force Majeure:
- The hostel is not liable for the failure to perform its obligations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.
- Changes to Terms and Conditions:
- The hostel reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions as needed.
- Extended Absence Notification:
- Guests are required to notify the hostel in writing if their absence exceeds 15 days. Notifications may be submitted digitally through designated channels such as WhatsApp, email, or other approved modes of communication.
- Guardian Contact:
- The hostel reserves the right to contact the guest’s guardian if deemed necessary for any reason.
- Late Payment Penalty:
- Late payment of rental fees beyond the specified due date will result in a penalty.
- Guests must pay a minimum of 50% of the rental fee when making a partial payment. Any outstanding balance will accrue daily interest until the full amount is settled.

- Key Loss Penalties:
- Guests will be subject to penalties for the loss of room door lock keys or cupboard lock keys. Please refer to penalty and charges for more info.
- Belongings Evacuation:
- In the event of a guest absconding or defaulting on monthly rental fees, the hostel reserves the right to remove the guest’s belongings from the premises. The hostel disclaims liability for any loss of belongings under such circumstances.
- Damage to Property and Losses:
- Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused to the hostel property during their stay. In the event of any physical damage or financial loss resulting from the actions of a guest, a penalty will be imposed based on the extent of the damage or loss incurred. The amount of the penalty will be determined by the severity of the incident and will be charged accordingly.
